The Linux Laptop Volunteer Support Database is no more available (only very old version can be found). http://tldp.org/LDP/Mobile-Guide/html/index.html is not so old, but not so uptodate neither. Search Google for "linux-laptop" gives many answers, most sites with many advertisements.
